1. Definitions
Withdrawal Period: The period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: A natural person who does not act in the course of a business or commercial activity and enters into a distance contract with a trader.
Day: Calendar day.
Time-Limited Agreement: A distance contract concerning a series of products and/or services delivered over a specified period.
Right of Withdrawal: The consumer's option to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period.
Trader: The natural or legal person who offers products and/or services at a distance to consumers.

3. Application
These Terms apply to all offers from the trader and to all distance contracts concluded between the trader and the consumer.
4. The Offer
Our offers are non-binding and depend on availability. If an offer has a limited validity period, this will be clearly stated. The offer includes a comprehensive and accurate description of the products and/or services provided.
5. The Agreement
An agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the corresponding conditions. We immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts the day the consumer receives the product. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
7. Consumer Obligations During the Withdrawal Period
During the withdrawal period, the consumer is expected to handle the product and packaging with care. If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition.
8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Certain products, such as custom-made or perishable goods, are exempt from the right of withdrawal. If applicable, this will be stated in the product description.
9. Prices
All prices are stated in DKK (Danish krone) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to adjust prices in case of changes in VAT rates or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Compliance and Warranty
We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement, the specifications in the offer, and reasonable expectations of reliability and usability. If there are issues with your product, please see our Refund Policy.
11. Delivery and Execution
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the consumer. Accepted orders are processed promptly, but no later than within 30 days. In case of delays, the consumer is informed and has the right to terminate the agreement. For further details, visit our Delivery Policy.
12. Fixed-Term Agreements
Agreements made for an indefinite period can be terminated at any time with one month’s notice.
13. Payment
Payments are securely processed through our payment systems, which comply with legal and security standards. In case of late payment, we may contact the consumer for an amicable solution. Please see our Payment Policy for more information.
