30 days easy returns

Meelano wants you to be satisfied with your purchase, and if any issues arise, we are here to help you quickly and efficiently. We accept both returns and exchanges of defective and non-defective items.

Returns

You can start a return within 30 days from the delivery date. Contact our customer service via kundeservice@meelano.com to arrange the return.
We will send you instructions for the return. If the product is defective, we cover the return shipping and will send a prepaid label. For non-defective items, the return shipping cost is at your own expense.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the item, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. The amount will be returned to the original payment method. You will receive an email when the refund is completed. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return conditions

Products must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories.
Items must be new, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
Please pack the return securely to avoid damage.
For damaged goods or packaging, we reserve the right to deduct part of the amount.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials or liquids
  • Gift cards and digital software
  • Sale items/last day of sale

Liability

We do not take responsibility for delays or damage during the transport of returned goods. Please check the package within 24 hours of receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

Return method

We only accept returns by mail. For defective items, we send a prepaid shipping label. For other returns, shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Customs and import duties

Customs duties and taxes may be applied to all orders, and the customer is responsible for these.

Address changes

If you wish to change the delivery address after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible via kundeservice@meelano.com

We try to update the address but cannot guarantee it if the order has already been processed.

Undelivered packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up, we reserve the right to charge for return shipping and reshipment.
