Can I change or cancel my order after payment?

Sometimes we can still make adjustments. Contact us as soon as possible via email, chat, WhatsApp, or social media so we can see what is possible.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace link so you can track the shipment.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all orders to Denmark over 199 DKK (otherwise 35 DKK). For international orders to Italy, Spain, and Greece, shipping is free over €20 (otherwise €5). For the United Kingdom and Australia, shipping is free over £20 and $20 respectively (otherwise £5/$5).

How long does the delivery take?

We process orders Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+1) are processed the same day or within 1-2 business days.

The shipping time is 5 to 7 business days.

The total delivery time is 6 - 9 business days.

You can return or exchange an item through our return portal.

You have 30 days to exchange or return an item.
