Shipping costs: We offer free shipping on all orders to Denmark over 199 kr. (otherwise 35 kr.). For international orders to Italy, Spain, and Greece, shipping is free over €20 (otherwise €5). For the UK and Australia, shipping is free over £20 and $20 respectively (otherwise £5/$5).
Currency: Prices are shown in the local currency for the selected country (DKK, EUR, GBP, or AUD), including applicable taxes.

Shipping details

We process orders Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+1) are processed the same day or within 1-2 business days. Transit time is 5 to 7 business days. Total delivery time is 6 - 9 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

We offer free shipping on all orders to Denmark over 199 kr. (otherwise 35 kr.). For international orders to Italy, Spain, and Greece, shipping is free over €20 (otherwise €5). For the UK and Australia, shipping is free over £20 and $20 respectively (otherwise £5/$5).

Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods, such as holidays.

Shipping confirmation

Customs and import duties

Address changes

If you wish to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at kundeservice@meelano.com

We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed.

Undeliverable packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up at a collection point, we reserve the right to charge return and reshipment costs.
